The agreement

By buying an eSIM plan from roam.ee you enter a contract with Roamee OÜ (“Roamee”, “we”). These terms, together with our privacy policy, govern that contract. If you don’t agree, don’t buy.

What you’re buying

A data-only eSIM provisioned by our wholesale partner. Each plan has a data allowance and a validity window shown clearly on the plan tile and at checkout. Unlimited / Day Pass plans deliver high-speed data up to a daily cap, then throttle as described per plan; data continues but at reduced speed.

Pricing and currency

All prices on the site are in US dollars, taxes included where applicable. Stripe converts your local currency at checkout if needed; conversion fees are between you and your card issuer.

Activation and validity

Plans activate the moment your phone first connects to a supported network in the destination. From that moment, the validity window starts counting; data is consumed against the allowance. If you don’t activate within 30 days of purchase the plan activates automatically and the countdown begins.

Refunds

If the eSIM doesn’t work — your device is compatible per our compatibility list and the network is available — we refund the order in full. Open a request by replying to your order email; we typically resolve within 24 hours.

We can’t refund unused data once a plan has activated, nor plans that activated automatically because the 30-day install window expired.

Device compatibility

Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Most flagships from 2018 onward are supported (iPhone XS+, Pixel 3+, recent Samsung Galaxy). Dial *#06# — if you see an EID number, your phone supports eSIM.

Acceptable use

eSIM plans are for personal data use while travelling. Don’t use the service for spam, bulk SMS, illegal interception, or anything that violates the laws of the country you’re in. We may terminate plans engaged in such activity with no refund.

Limitations

Service availability and speed depend on the local carrier network in each destination. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, specific download speeds, or coverage in every part of a country. Where the eSIM truly doesn’t work, our refund policy above applies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of Roamee is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in question.

Changes and contact

We can update these terms at any time. Material changes apply to new purchases only. Questions: email hello@roam.ee. Disputes are governed by the laws of Estonia.
